Medical Director - Dr Omar Rahim

Omar has a strong record as a clinician in Primary Care and extensive experience in the management and modernisation of GP surgeries including emergency caretaking of GP surgeries in crisis. He has developed new build practice premises, negotiated leases, and added extensions to existing premises. Omar has 25 years’ experience in GP surgery procurement, establishing new GP surgeries and walk-in centres and developing new community services. Interests also include advanced minor surgery and he has been a GP Trainer, Medical Student Tutor as well as Lead Group Facilitator and MBBS Examiner for UCL Medical School.
As Medical Director for NHSolutions Omar has a central role in the leadership of all clinical staff. Fundamental to primary care development is strong clinical governance and he has implemented systems and processes to ensure that there is effective continual clinical governance in operation. Omar has successfully turned around failing practices, and worked with commissioners to redesign service models and reduce expenditure whilst improving quality and care to patients. He is passionate about the NHS and the drive for learning, improvement and modernisation.
Operations Manager Diane Taylor
With over 15 years' experience in the NHS, Diane manages the operational processes of the organisation.
Diane is responsible for HR, NHSE and CCG contract monitoring, bid writing, business development and all aspects of CQC preparations and compliance for the organisation. Diane is the first point of contact for service provision and has managed many APMS contracts including GP provision for Her Majesty's Prison service and multiple nursing homes.
Diane leads her teams with a positive work attitude and enjoys the challenges of developing underperforming sites. This passion is demonstrated in the team's ability to mobilise and caretake primary care services at short notice with excellent results.
Administration Assistant - Natalie Dobson
BA Hons
Natalie is a postgraduate in International Hospitality Management, where she studied a variety of business management modules and completed her dissertation to a first class standard in the role of social media as a marketing tool in SMEs. She previously worked as a Receptionist/Administrator for our practice Midway Medical Centre before applying for the Administration Assistant role for NHSolutions. With a passion for HR she oversees all queries for the organisation alongside Diane and works closely with a variety of external contacts such as suppliers and insurers. A highly organised and avid member of our team who communicates positively with all members of staff internally through the organisation and with all external interactions.
Consultant - Anne Antoszewski
Anne is a senior health services manager with significant general management experience in the primary care sector. She has held positions at the Health Authority, CCG and PCN, working with and supporting all primary care contractor professions. At the Strategic Health Authority, she worked on national and local projects with the Independent Sector and secondary care, developing strategies for service redesign. With NHSolutions she has developed long term business strategy achieving growth in the primary care sector. An enthusiastic, highly motivated and facilitative leader, successful in engaging stakeholders in projects, communicating effectively with confidence at all levels.
