We currently provide medical services to a number of Nursing Homes both in Newcastle/Stoke-on-Trent, South Oxhey and Southall. Our aim is to carry out regular ward rounds which vary from weekly to daily and be proactive in managing patients recently discharged from hospital. We are pleased to be able to improve their care, preventing complications and possible admissions to hospital.
