An exciting position has arisen at Burntwood Health & Well Being Centre which is a busy GP Practice and Walk In Centres, providing care 8am-8pm, 7 days a week in Burntwood, Staffordshire.
Part time Practice Nurse Required
You will be responsible for the delivery of general practice nursing services to the practice population and providing nursing assistance to all clinicians. Supported by the Head of Nursing, you will deliver care within the boundaries of your role, support patients to be healthy, monitor long-term conditions, health prevention and screening activities. You will work collaboratively within the practice team to meet the needs of patients and support the delivery of policy and procedures. This position is for approximately 12.5 hours per week.
