Omar has a strong record as a clinician in Primary Care and extensive experience in management and modernisation of GP surgeries, new build practice premises and extensions, GP training, advanced minor surgery. He is also a Tutor and Examiner for UCL Medical School.
Mandie Townend, Head of Nursing
Mandie is an experienced nurse with a sound background in emergency and primary care nursing, and works as a clinician in Hertfordshire.
As Head of Nursing she strives to ensure delivery of a high quality nursing service through a partnership with clinicians, promotion of professional development and empowerment for the patient.

Sue has extensive experience of managing diverse teams of healthcare professionals and administration staff. She has presented and written a paper (NHS Primary Care Contracting website) on raising the standards of practice performance through leadership and teamwork. In 2006 she was awarded a certificate of achievement from NHS Stoke-on-Trent in recognition of the work undertaken in identifying the change levers in primary care using a range of modernisation and service improvement models and exemplars. Sue has provided practice management consultancy to underperforming practices helping to raise their quality standards, supporting them until they achieved an acceptable level. She was also a former Practice Based Commissioning Manager providing the managerial lead and policy advice to a designated PBC Cluster of nine practices, supporting the development and implementation of commissioning plans.

Fiona provides wide ranging administrative support to the Management Team and the practices. She has experience both in the private and public sector.
